CLK w209 mods

Got my clk booked into a specialist for some audio mods,

they are fitting a dvd player with audio jack so i can connect my ipod, play mpr and dvd's
and also connecting a in motion module to enable the dvd while the car is moving.

has anyone else had anything simular done? or offer any advice or things to watch out for?

One thing you will have to watch out for is a load of replies to this thread telling you that you're evil if you have video in motion enabled

I have asked for a switch to be fitted so i can disable this option.

to be honest, all i want the video in motion for is so i can see song listing from mp3's on the move. i aint never gonna be watching corrie at 90 down the m6 thats for sure!

you do not want the video in motion it is very distracting, I have done it before and it didnt end well
