Custom Number Plates

Looking for "economy downturn/reccession" busting mods, i found this website:

Not a bad price really. Just wondering if they are legal or not? I like the black border and panel on the left of the plate, with the GB, EU stars and the MB star. But would this be ok? Or am i likely to be stopped by the police?

Here are the current regs.

I don't think a MB star is legal.

MB star is not legal. You could be stopped and made to change the plates, or fined.

Probably unlikely if the rest of the plate is done properly i.e. correct font/spacing/etc.
