E320 boot liner advice needed.

Hi all, father in law is after a boot liner for his E320 estate(2001).

Would prefer it to have sides but will accept a lipped one.

Does anyone have any good suggestions / experiences for places to get one?

What do guys think of these Ebay ones?, any good.

Try www.hatchbag.co.uk who do a three sided made to measure tarpolin type. I've had one in my C Class estate for 18 months and its an excellent fit. We have a large dog with can go straight from the canal into the car without fear.

I think it depends on what you want it for - dogs, non-slip, protect the floor only or floor and sides, etc.

I have the OE MB high sided plastic moulded type. It is very expensive (£100) but it is incredibly durable and is fully lipped to retain liquids. It protects right up to window height on the sides and back.

Also, note that it makes a difference if you have the behind-the-rear-seats-storage container that is standard on Elegance and Avantgarde - that changes the floor foot-print.

The fold out ones seem to be good but they don't protect against spilled liquids. I put a bag of rubbish for the tip in the boot and when I got there, the liner was slimed over with an oily/watery yuck - thank god I had the liner in. I still have no idea what the stuff was
