My w210 E320 CDI has been taking longer to start since the weather has been rather chilly. If I leave it parked for a few days it is worse, anyone expirenced this before?

Same thing on my W211 took it to mercedes and they replaced the battery and it's been perfect ever since!

Left it for week in my garage the other week and it started straight away last night!

check your engine coolant might be low or maybe glow plugs?

I've had to wait for the glows for the last couple of days, failing to do so can result in a bit of cranking before it catches. I reckon this will be the last year for my battery, although I did drive from London to Hull without an alternator a few months ago which may not have helped, despite that it still started next morning!

Its normal... Air can get into the system in this weather too.

Is it worth me changing the lines to and from the fuel filter?
