To my ears the E63 M157 Biturbo exhaust note always sounds as though it's just starting to get into its stride as the rev limiter cuts in, whereas my wife's SLK350 V6 absolutely howls at the redline. What's that all about? Never been able to work it out

And as an aside, it just occurred to me that 670bhp is equivalent to half a mega-watt. Who needs a power station when you've got an E63?
