E63 Wheel Refurb

Hi all,

I've got a 63 plate E63 with the standard 19 inch alloy. I wanted to check what the exact type of finish is classed as, as I have some light scuffing I would like to rectify. Are they diamond cut? Also any recommendations for repair companies in North Wales/West.
