Good morning, a variation on my usual brekkie, i have have to forgo the bread to continue my weight loss regime, over 3 stone since NYE, or in builders parlance, a bag of cement.
I’ve lost 10kg since Christmas and i’m eating plenty 
I do have a bike, it keeps several of my work coats off the floor.Good result , plenty of protein and fibre. Have you tried one of these
