Eurocharged Re-Map

Had my C63 re-mapped by Rebellion and just had it on the dyno @ Surrey RR and came out with 504bhp and 480lb/ft.

Pulls like a train but was hoping for a bit more, but Charlie has said this is about right compared for what he has seen in the past.

Charlie's rollers are as tight as a ducks ****!!

I've seen them go up to 520hp on a standard C63 AMG with a remap.

Cool cheers, Charlie and Matt @ Rebellion did say if I stuck a couple of BMC filters in, should easily see an additional 10-15bhp and would just be a little better all round, so think I will be ordering.

Seems low for a V5 eurocharged Map....but again Dyno figures have to be taken with a pinch of salt.
If it goes like stink and sounds louder you have what you paid for.

Do a 0-60. Then you will know if it is faster.

Does go like stink and does sound louder.....drives better and smoother as well, so I am happy happy.

Did you get a before Re-map Dyno run then you will know how much gains you made. However, sounds like it has ticked the boxes and put a smile on your face.

Air filters would help that's for sure and probably give you another 5 or 10BHP.

No I didn't but as everyone is saying it is about where it should be, i'm happy with that.

I do know what its like to say "its never enough ha ha"

Mine with a V4 tune (that was the first step into the tuning culture) made 530bhp (that was personally tuned by Jerry from eurocharged after fitting carbinio intake)

However, like i said earlier dont worry about the figures i have had mine on one dyno and its made 40 BHP less than it has before...its all down to the temperature on the day, how the car is strapped down etc.

Now that you have started tuning....how far are you willing to go

You need a LSD (unless you have already got one). Makes a huge difference.

Disagree totally....probably the best investment you could make for your car in terms of drivability and handling no matter what the conditions

Does it tell you how much HP & TQ?

I'm sure you know the 0-60 times vary?

Depending on your tyres, weather conditions, reaction times, road surface etc....

You don't need to do 0-60 times to know your car is faster.

A more free flowing exhaust won't harm.
