My thought too, the tyres must account for most if not all of the weight differential.Only just seen the race, and it was a cracker.
Then just now found out about the under weight issue for George.
My guess it would have been a combination of a set of very well worn tyres which did 3/4 of the race(!) and a well worn plank.
Pity, they actually deserved a one two finish.

Not really IMHO.If it is down to the tyres on his occasion then it is a bit of an own goal for the regulations as well IMO.
