But he slowed right down to let Halilton and Vettle?? past.
Didn't look very wet to me so his tyres should have been fine.

I reckon it's a fix.

By the time the drivers were being interviewed the rain was chucking it down. So it's plausible that during the final few laps the rain became a lot heavier, causing Glock to lose 15s to Hamilton on the final laps....who really knows!?

The toyota slowed down and let two past him including Hamilton. Mclaren it seemed knew Glock was slowing down, and were piling the pressure on Hamilton to pass him at any opportunity.

dry tyres on even slightly damp track is like driving on ice.
Considering how light the cars are 605 kg it does not take much to fly off the road and the cars are very sensitive.
Remember in spa heidfeld gained 5 places in one lap
