Hi all,

I have recently purchased a set of eibach springs for my car and am now looking for someone to fit them, near to Cambridge.

I have been to Mercedes and they want £500

Anyone know anywhere that would do it a bit cheaper, is it that hard to do...I have changed springs before and it wasnt that hard....

thanks

Lee

I recently had 4 Eibach springs replaced on my C320. Had two quotes. One from an Indy for £320 Inc VAT. Other was £200 cash. Both in Kent. I went for the cheaper option. £500 seems way too steep in comparison.

I have found someone today who will do it for £200 cash so will have to go with them.

Apparently they are really awkward to do, Mercedes said 4 1/2 hours labour.

thanks

How did you find the difference? Was the ride any harsher?

Ride is as it was beforehand. No difference at all. I achieved what I wanted which was a more visually appealing look.
