My passenger wing mirror glass does not move side to side, only up and down.
I can here a clicking noise, when i attempt to move it side to side, so am assuming that the motor is working fine, and it;s just the glass??![Dk :dk: :dk:](/styles/mbclub/smilies/dk.gif)
I've helped a friend who had to take off his A Class mirror, and i remember we couldn't get it back on, a garage had to do it !![Wallbash :wallbash: :wallbash:](/styles/mbclub/smilies/wallbash.gif)
So my question is, can i just take the mirror out and replace it, without taking off the cover, if so how?
I found this thread http://www.mbclub.co.uk/forums/bodywork/50235-fitting-wing-mirror-glass-w211.html
And it suggests removing the clip, but i've no idea how, after the mirror is put back that clip could be replaced.
All help appreciated.
Thanks
