from BMW to Merc

Just sold a BMW 535M sport and purchased my first Merc. A brand new C220d AMG Premium Estate in white. I'm loving the gadgets but missing the power. From 320bhp to 170bhp. From 600nm of torque to 400. And the mpg is nowhere near stated figures. I'm struggling to get 42mpg. Hoping it gets better with mileage.

MB to Lexus from 476bhp and 700Nm to 310bhp and 520Nm and getting almost 3x the mpg

Maybe the 450+bhp of an older C63 would have been a better choice?

Anyway, hope you enjoy your new MB At least your fuel bill will be lower

Don't know, but unrealistic to expect 535M performance from a 220 diseasle

Why not one of the more powerful E class models seeing as it was coming from a 5 series?

Wow, way to ridicule his choice, he knows what he's bought, he's just saying he misses the power that's all.

The MPG will likely improve if it's brand new, as the engine will be all tight, etc.
