Looks very interesting. My SL dosnt have an alarm fitted, but this looks a neat system at a good price.

The sellers feedback look very good, I may give them a try.

yes im very tempted for the W123... but i cant justify all that messing around for a fake new look key! I already have remote lock etc...

Looks pretty neat if you ask me, but if you look closely the key blade flips in reverse to the backside so i wonder how it looks on the back of the key ?

Ive already emailed asking about a wiring diagram, so I can see what is involved with the instalation.

But his reply wasnt very helpful, all he could say was it was a four wire install, so I emailed again asking what the four wires were, that was on Friday, but still no reply.

What i find curious would be the boot open feature and how that would be wired to work through the key fob

On the W107, the boot lock is part of the central locking.

Me too and whether this module is limited to W107's only or can it be used in other MB's too

For opening the boot its quite simple, there would be a wire from the kit that would send a positive to open the boot, you would have to mount a little lock motor thingy thats available from any decent motor factor and that would "pop" the boot....

Ive sent him another email this morning regarding the wiring, lets see what he says.

I received a reply. The connections are 1. Power 2. Earth 3. Lock Doors 4. Unlock Doors.

Sounds simple, but is that the only connections it would need.
