Airmatic and the AMG bodykit are a must for me!

You have to get an E55 estate then. The perfect solution if you can sell your CL55.
Incidentally, those CL wheels are worth a fair bit. I love 'em:D

Anyone interested in the 19" AMG IV split rims on the car? looking for around £800.

That's funny I must have been typing the post above as you posted that!

The Mrs doesn't like the estate and I think we have pretty much decided on the ML now :bannana::bannana:

Oh if only I had a spare £800 knocking around now.:wallbash:

Unfortunately in the middle of new kitchen plans and I don't think 'er indoors would thank me for spunking money on wheels right now.

Again :wallbash::wallbash:

Just buy the car for her, she will be having too much fun in it to worry about a kitchen.... Thank me later :D:D

Can't believe you're having a new kitchen and didn't ask me to do it. :ban:

Ant. :D

A 55 engine is too much for her. She refuses to drive mine. Says it scares her:bannana:

Yea mine said the same at first, now she loves it... Partly why the replacement still needs to have some poke to it.

^ The ML should do the job then.
Should I happen to come across an unexpected £800 I'll message you;)

You'll need deep pockets to run that. There's a reason they are cheap to buy.

Think similar running costs to a CL600 if any part needs replacing.

The turbo engines are more reliable than the n/a from what I've read... It can't cost more maintaining one cayenne than both the S class and the CL Combined!

The ML 420 will be the perfect compromise; power with good mpg, the TT V8 Diesel engine suits the nature of the ML better in my opinion - I had an extended test drive in the '63 6.2 and it just needed to be hustled too much which meant the mpg figures were around the 12mpg mark (this would obviously rise driven steady) but a naturally aspirated engine that needs to be revved to see action just doesn't suit a 4x4.

I know others have been more than happy with their 6.2 ML63's but you would really have to be anti-diesel to not chose the V8 CDI over the '63.

I did kind of think along the same lines and with a remap the Diesel engine is hitting 900 torques! They sound pretty good with some exhaust work too.

Ml420 CDI or Porsche Cayenne turbo hummmmmm
