Just seen the forecast for tomorrow... They're saying there could well be snow in the south east in the morning

This might really f**k things up for me

Going to have to keep an eye on it and see how things look in the morning.

Really don't want to bail, but if I wake up to snow, I won't be going

If I'm bloody well driving nearly 200 miles just to see some old pals.....you better not bail!!!

Find another chariot, get the train, bloody well WALK....but just turn up Or just drive your car and wash it the following day. Simples

I will be up at 5.30AM Rash, can tell you what the weather's like down Eastbourne way then, albeit GW 45miles west of me. I really dont think its going to snow big time, but it will be cold, but the worry is if the gritters get out, smearing the salt every where, which I was unfortunatly very gratefuil for very recently, but this will not help you, and I wont know till I am on the road. I will be leaving home around 6.45 if you want to call me for a report. Really hope we see you in the morning, but totally understand if circumstances are against us all.

Just checked my weather app on the iphizzle (which I have to say is NEVER wrong, especially when this close) and the weather in all relevant locations (where Rash lives and Goodwood) is sunny with partial cloud. There will be no weather issues.

Obviously if there are, then this will be documented proof that my app is not always right

I can hear the Alfa chuckling out there on the drive!

Yes, I'm expecting them to grit tonight... but there is salt on the roads already so I am prepared for it. Just need the roads to be dry at least!

I'm hoping the forecast of snow will not amount to anything.

I will be heading down the M23 and then onto the A264.

You guys all seem to be leaving early, I always end up there far too early so will be passing Clacketts around 06:45.

Car is clean and ready to go.

Hey bud

Yes, we're meeting a 7am and then making our way after everyone has arrived. We may well grab a coffee etc first though, so we may well leave clackett by about 7.30 - 7.40

I'll be there... Just not sure if it'll be courtesy of the Germans or the Italians yet. Lol!

Been racking my brains where I could join up with you guys, I'll be coming down the M23, I think it best if I'll aim to be at the M23 / A264 junction at 07:50 ish, not sure exactly where i'll park up but will be at the first convenient "pull in" . Hopefully I should arrive before you guys. I'll be in a silver SL

If anybody else is heading south on the A23 to M23 could meet up at Starbucks at Hooley beforehand,( just before the A23 joins the M23) at about 07:15 ish

Look for a blue Nissan skyline, black Subaru, black CLK55 convertible, red CLK55 convertible, possibly a black CLS55, and my silver CLK63... Which may actually be a blue Alfa GTV

We'll look for you and stop.. But if you see us, fall in line

Guys I am just a couple of miles from Goodwood and there isnt a hint of snow here. The forecast for tomorrow is a high of 6 degrees and zero likelihood of snow or rain.
