How do I remove the tweeter grille on a 1999 W202?

    I took a little bit of the tweeter grill off but the rest I cant. it feels like if I put anymore pressure I'm gonna break it. I was going to replace the speaker but nowI'm stuck. any help will be apreciated :D

    There are three clips; one in the rear and two in front.

    If you don't have the appropriate tool, I've found that the handle of a plastic knife works great. Gently raise the grill slightly, and push the clip closest to the center of the car inwards, this will give you a bit more room. Next, you can access the second clip from within the air-vent, just insert your knife/plastic tool into the air vent and push the second clip.

    Voila!
