IIRC the cabrio has speakers in the rear passenger area, not the shelf - maybe those covers/grills etc could be swapped for the standard coupé items to increase the number of places that speakers could be mounted, keeping it oem at the same time

with the soft-top,, do you mean the rear side panels with speaker mountings would fit in my coupe,,??.
