Omg, it does get worse!

Omg!

it is amazing how they pull it off, how can you transform a pair of MR2's to look like that?!

Even though i would never own one of them, agree you have to admire how its done.

I agree Shude. The Peugeot 406 coupe makes quite a decent Ferrari 360 replica......until the engine is started.

Billy: LH real, RH replica.

cheers i was playing the spot the difference game with those two in that pic. i thought they were both MR2's!

so the RH is a 406 coupe? still thats nuts!

They are a good effort those 'Ferraris'.

There was quite a good Lambo Murcielago copy on a Traffic Cops type show not so long ago.

The driver was a nob but the car was quite convincing.

Just when it is started it all unfolds...

I'd rather use the time spent on converting to work and save enough cash to buy a proper 360!

A good 1999/V can be had for £40k.

Blue one with leaking radiator? IIRC the cops tugged him because their car check came back with toyota mr2 for vehicle make/model :)

I'd love to build something similar but of my own design, don't really see the point in putting all that work into something which is inferior to but almost looks like something you can immediately buy for a bit more money.

Guy with the Lambo lives near me he got tugged in Sheffield, it's quite a nice replica actually. We also look after a customers car which is a ferrari 358 replica I think, it even has a fake GRP engine cover to the exact copy of the ferrari engine, personally I don't see the point of copies, but do admire the attention to detail and engineering that goes into them

Bangla Bangers :thumb:

Im surprised sweatpea hasnt 'popped' after seeing those genuine copies ;)

Where I used to work there was a hyundai s coupe in the car park badged up as a subaru. Clearly not aiming as high as the lambo / ferrari brigade.

It's when things get badged up as Vauxhalls or Ladas that you have to worry!
