Jacko Dies??

Was watching GMTV this morning and all that was on was about MJ.
If he hadn't have died, GMTV would have been about 5 minutes long today.

His music wasn't really to my taste and the little that I did like was so overplayed that it quickly became tedious to me.

However there is no denying that he had a great talent for entertaining, this is evident in his many, many fans. The man has millions of fans, many more million like me who have little passion either way and a very few who really didn't like him or what he was.

I've enjoyed all the jokes and even texted a couple to mates who will have a laugh at them.

Most uf us would hear one of his songs and it would put is in a place and time of our lives, there's no avoiding his music.

My favourite memoy though will always be Jarvis Cocker showing his feelings (and his ****) for the, usesless, earth song at the Brits!

Here's a quick test for what rightly or wrongly :dk: figures in people's conscious mind.

Name a famous American black singer who died yesterday?

Name the new speaker in the House of Commons?

I rest my case.

What makes you say that?

I've never thought of him as a car enthusiast either , not in the way that many high profile musicians like Elvis or The Beatles were .........

Elvis was famous for his collections of cars , including quite a few Mercs - he had a Gullwing and a couple of 600's , amongst others......... ; each of the Beatles had 600's , apart from Paul , who had a Silver Cloud in the early days , although he had at least one W126 which he was photographed in , both George and Ringo had Facel-Vegas ; I think Ringo also had a 190SL ..... ; I need hardly mention JayKay .........

No doubt Jacko could well afford any car he wanted , and probably had a few , but he was only ever seen getting into the back of stealthy-looking vehicles with blacked-out windows ; I can't recall ever seeing any pictures of him actually driving - could he even drive , I wonder ?

No doubt more people can name Jade Goody than Mother Theresa of Calcutta. Does that make Jade Goody a better person?

50% correct isn't bad------------- but you are the weakest link goodbye.;)

Haven't you noticed that newsreaders pronounce Bercow very closely to Virgo.

Personally I'd love to see an overweight darts player control the house -

Order! Order! or do you want me to come down there and give you a slap?

A stretch pimped out Rolls....

A Lincoln Town Car....

I don't think he really grasped the idea in the same way Steve McQueen did (as an example)

Sorry, I was meant to have added a :D :D :D after my previous message!

Sad he's gone - and yes I do think he was a good artist ..looney but good...

Still feel Freddie Mercury was a greater loss

A legend has passed on.

Judging by the latter photo it looks like he passed on a long time ago
