KLP 92's Brabus CE

The 200mph speedo can be a problem. You tend to look at the position of the needle rather than the numbers. Do you have to check which gear you're in because the engine has so much torque, it will pull away from 20mph in 5th.
Your a lucky man hope you enjoy your car

I have a similar problem on my bike. The speedo goes to 220Mph. The worrying thing is you can do 85 in 1st.... I caught myself at just under 140, still in 3rd (out of 6 gears). cough on a private road of course cough

Depending on dates I will be going to Germany. So Pammy there could be 2 Brabus cars on the trip.

waaaaaaaaaah - not fair :D

I also see it's going into hibernation so won't be coming out to play on 20 November :(

Yes its time for bed tomorrow for the Brabus, snoozing till march
Will either come in the SLK or the S500 on November 20th. Mercedes lady likes to take her top off if its sunny I assume you do to. (november yorkshire it will be the S500)

I thought those were Carlsson wheels on your Brabus, didn't like to say!

I am intrigued as to what your are going to put on there now? Do you have the Brabus originals?

Yes they are Carlssons, didn't realise till i took the cover off! its the only thing that i didn't like about the car. I purchased a set of 17 inch original Brabus wheels. I did consider various other brands but considering the car is a Brabus its a crime to put AMG/Lorinser/Carlsson wheels on.
Don't have the originals so purchased these from German Ebay.

jaw-dropping!

Your car is looking great!

Why do you need a stereo, the engine would be enough music for me.

Saw the wheels in the last update, but I gotta say the lights and in particular the leather looks stunning.

how much for leather like that, if it isn't too rude?

I'd be interested to know too, and where you had it done. It does look stunning.

It was done by Kelenco in Woking. They done the 2 tone leather on my previous SL as well. Typically for the job done its about £2000+ as i've had the cushions renewed with the later style ones with the horizontal slats in the middle. I've also had the extra stitching in the outside bolster and used a special perforated leather which has double the amount of perforations as the standard Mercedes. The leather is also a higher quality than standard.

BUT, Kelvin the manager is a very good friend so mate's rates apply! No where near the £2k mark!
