Hi mate, had a look tonight, no spacers and I cannot see any numbers. The only stamp is Germany..

They're replica then > so the only thing you can go on is the type of bolt currently used.
Post up an image of one and we'll go from there.

ok, definitely replica wheels then..
M14x1.5xXX/60-17
Bit difficult to see the length - measure from the end of the bolt to where the cone part starts and we'll then have all we need.
While the bolt is out check inside the wheel bolthole at the friction surface - check it has flat sides that match up to the conical shape of the bolt seat..

From the end of the bolt to the start of the cone is 30mm

There are some strict forum rules that prevent promotion of the company I work for.
The RAD2262 is 32mm which is 2mm longer than your bolts, but by the look of the threads on your bolt image, should be ok. They are on backorder with us too!

Chris, I'm looking for bolts that will convert a 211 amg wheel to fit a 210. I think the bolt details are; 12 x 1.5, 26mm shank, r14 ball fit. Can you get them?

The Bolts you need are RAD 4052 for the bolts and RAD 2055 for locks. Forum rules prevent me from advertising my company - there would be various vendors of these bolts, try a search engine with "rad 4052"
