Inchcape list that head gasket A2660160620 at a list price of £28-72 inc vat before any discount on their site but they may have included other small parts/consumables in that figure? I would be keeping a very close eye on the car for the next 3/4 months for any problems that might stem from this fairly major intervention to the engine's initial build integrity. The fact they were not prepared to compensate you in any way for their incompetence would induce me to a least consider the prospect of getting the car serviced somewhere else the next time.
