Guys

Although I organised this I am afraid I won't be able to attend, came home from Canada to find bad property damage with the wind we had here Thursday, thought I might get it done today but then just to top it all the central heating packed up today so need to get on the case with that and whats left over from today tomorrow.

Everythings on the thread you need so hope you have a great day and sorry I wont be there but I, m sure you all appreciate my predicament

I hope you get things sorted Ian - your input to these events is much appreciated :thumb:.

So who is going to be in what car? Might make meeting up a bit easier if we know who to keep an eye out for!

I shall be in the smoke silver 420SE

Sorry to read that Ian. Hope you're soon sorted.

That leaves a mere three parties in the running, as far as I can tell.

I'm guessing Boyd will be in his dark green S210, and I'll be in my rental Volvo XC70 - yes really! Sort of Mica green/brown colour.

At the moment damp roads and salt preclude the 430 so its either the green 210 or the wifes C240 if shes not using it I'll be in that its Vivianite ( metallic turquoisey colour )
Boyd

Ian
Sorry to hear about your situatioin and hope you get everything sorted soonest. Thanks again for organising

Thanks for organising Ian.

You too James - and your posse!

It was a very interesting trip - neither place had I been to previously. I have attached a couple of photos of the day.

Thanks Ian for organising the event. It was a real shame you couldn't make it. We'll have to have a re-run some time...

Great Photos , wish I had come along for the museum, but repairs on the 124 had to be progressed, good to meet James and see Corned again .
Sitting in the cockpit of that DC6 was a real atmospheric experience like going back in time
Shame Ian couldn't make it ...... we'll have to organise another :D
Hope you got your repairs sorted

Some shots from the museum

My personal favourite

I would love to put some kit in the back and head off to the Sahara in this old thing.
