No bonnet star?

He has one, it is removed, as he parks in some dodgy places:D

I live in a dodgy place but there are enough shiny new Mercs driven by the local 'merchants' that mine will hopefully be left alone.

Hi and welcome to the forum TBC.

I am also a fan of the W124 series. They do need allot of tlc specially when they been standing for long. I am about a 3rd way through fixing one i got in December. I also noted allot of the perishable seals and covers needed replacement. I will start a thread on the little project later today as i can now post in that section... :D I is almost grown up now...

The 190's has always been the best of the w124's in my opinion. Maybe because of the slightly more sporty attitude they have. (for a w124 that is )

A note on the bonnet star... seems here in SA its somewhat of a fad to collect car badges and often someone will just rip them off a car. Its one of the drawbacks of living in a 3rd world country i suppose.

Umm, the W201(190) and W124 are totally different models.
