New (old) wheels on 209 CLK

Probably they look different in reality but in the shaded light in the pics it looks like there are no tyres and the car looks like its sitting on those wheels they used to have on farms.

I like them, i've been toying with putting 19's on mine. I currently have 18's and i think they look a little lost with the AMG body kit.

Actually washed the car and every time i see the car i like the wheels more and more. I have 2 new front tyres, monday i'll get new back ones and run these wheels at least until the back tyres need replacing again and then i'll see if i'm sick of 19's by then!!

@login_user - i live in Andover and work in Southampton if you want to see the wheels in the metal before you part with cash for some 19's. Got any pictures of your car?

Just need some brabus or H&R springs now!

I had 19s on mine for a while but found the car ride very harsh and I gradually went off the look.

With 18s and then 19s

The 19's fit better on your car! the lower AMG stance makes the wheels look not so overwhelming. The 18's look good, but a little small on the back after seeing your 19's.

I have standard 17inch wheels on my avantgarde spec CLK280.
Must admit that whilst the 19's look a tad large, I think my 17's are undersized. Has to be the 18 inch rims then in my opinion folks.
