First I want to apologize to all members for taking space on your forum; I've read some of the comments and I got it - you don't like people registering in order to post one message, especially if message is not describing one of your members in a positive way. The only reason I am doing this is that I found famous Nick from Euromerc spending more time on this forum than communicating to his customers?! Actually, this seems to be the only way to get any answers from him.
Also, I have my opinion about this, which is if you are gathering around Mercedes brand name you should allow all people from all over the world that drive this car to post their opinion about this guy "selling" Mercedes parts, or anything else. I have been driving Mercedes for 30 something years and I am member of at least 5 other international Mercedes forums with thousands of postings. I hope that not being member of your forum thus far is not making me less valuable Mercedes family member.
Euromerc is by far my WORST SHOPPING FOR MERCEDES PARTS experience ever.
Long story short, I made an order, paid for it through PayPal, offered as much money as needed for international shipping – no emails with questions or objections received from Nick. During this time I sent at least a dozen of emails out of which Nick replied only to the first one, before I made this purchase. Sounds familiar?
I made at least 6 overseas telephone calls; every time Nick mumbled something ending conversation by confirming that package was shipped. Finally, after 3 weeks of waiting I asked PayPal to request a tracking number from Nick. His immediate reaction was to cancel this transaction. I called him again; his comment was "I had no choice." How providing tracking number sounds for a choice Mr. Nick? Or at least telling PayPal, “yes I shipped this package, tell customer to wait.” What gives you right to lie to people and waste their time and efforts? I would be ashamed in your place Mr. Nick and never show my face on any of Mercedes forums or any place with activity involving Mercedes name. You are shame for this community! My name and this comment will probably be removed from this forum but if at least one member reads this message and saves himself from embarrassment, I reached my goal.
Additionally, I think that Nick has a problem that requires professional help and I am not saying this in a negative way; I really wish him luck and all the best in his life and business endeavors.
