Nokia pop port adaptor

Hi, I have a 2004 E220CDi which I bought with pre wiring but it's not the UHI type so I can't simply buy another cradle to change phones. It's pre-wired for a Nokia 6310i. Does anyone know whether there is a POP Port adaptor for the cradle that I have that will allow the use of later Nokia pohones?

I dont think there is, ive got the same system in my w220 and was hoping for the same thing
