Possible to mount Auto dim inner rear view mirror?

Hello im quite new here! Im frome Sweden and the name is Jesper!

I have a question for you guys and girls. I have a W203 C180K Sport Edition. I have the manuell rear view inner mirror. I was yhinking if it can be changeable to one with auto dimming? If so is it much work? Coding it in to the cars AGM and so on? Or just Plug`N`play?

It is plug and play. All you have to do is decide what options you want on the mirror (dimming, homelink/garage door opener or microphone and of course what colour you want) and then track one down on ebay or at the stealership parts dept!

Hi, I have picked up a dimming rear view mirror for my CL203. I have installed it and the dimming appears to work, although not yet tested at night.
However, it has 2 leads, but there was only one compatible space in the overhead control panel. There is one more free space, but for a slightly smaller rectangular plug. It appears to work without this other lead being plugged in.
The other lead has a relatively wider white plug on it.
Does anyone have any ideas what it is for?? There are no garage door opener buttons on it & it does not appear to have a microphone on it, although it does have a tiny ambience led on the underside which is working.
