Just bought a 2011 xlong Viano. Got it from Mercedes dealer and its in top condition, but I want to replace both interior side door scuff sill/panel. Its the plastic moulding that fits around the step and the Mercedes Benz chrome plate aswell. Anyone know if they are easy to change out and the part number? Anyone recommend a good parts company?
Thanks.

Thought of doing that with our last Viano. Then they were about £150 + VAT and didn't seem too difficult to remove. Think you will only get them from an MB dealer just ask for the moulding and let them determine the part number. From experience if you get the number wrong you are stuck with the part - they wont take it back.

You may need a new set of the M-B plates too as they are stuck into the moulding - I bought a set of the brushed stainless steel ones and they were about £50 IIRC.

I bought a set of covers (that cover the whole step) from S&B Commercials, Stansted. They are genuine MB parts; if I can find the receipt, I'll post the part number.
