Its a water abstraction plant and filtration beds for londons drinking water....

I could bore you with the abstraction figures, (typically 400 mgd a day ) as i have to deal with London Water Control (based at Hampton) every day .......

It is definately not a sewage works..... i live in Kings Paddock (just behind the Bell) , do you think i would live near a sewage farm ?

65 % of Londons drinking water is abstacted at Hampton .... yawn.....

I've always thought that, surely out of the top of the tower blocks, using binoculars...

Certainly one place that i'll need to avoid in the A4 Cab, it's a windows up, 'recirculation' only experience in any car!

There is a tapas place upstairs , or an Indian virtually next door (they have an offer, if you eat in, you get 50% discount) its not particularly salubrious, but the foods ok and they are very friendly !!

Dont know if we'd get a table for 12+ on a Saturday Night though .... if anyone is keen let me know and i'll go see them !

I can't commit but would like to duck down to this one if only for an hour and half or something.

However, if the list so far turn up, I fear that car parks going be full and that's even if it's only just us (ie not going to happen).
