Hi
Just got my V2 SAP Bluetooth cradle and connected to my Nokia 6021 (don't laugh it's a work phone :o).

Got it connected -- bit of messing around  but worked inside 10 minutes so can't really complain (despite how this sounds!)

when I get in it connects automatically, but when I get out the phone stays in remote sim mode, and any calls presumably still ring in the car.

Question is this - will it disconnect on its own or do you always have to manually ditch the connection?

Cheers!

OK Thanks - will try again now and wait a bit more patiently!!!

Yes it does - cheers!!

If you have COMAND you can change the delay by adding a telephone book entry "Run-on time" (no quotes) and enter a number between 1 and 30 (minutes)

If you don't add a number the 10min default applies.

I don't know if this works with other audio units...

hi, Thanks,
don't have COMAND....yet, it's waiting at the parcelfarce depot for me to collect tomorrow:p

then rip my baby apart after that...

or should i jetwash the drive and patio instead?

Noooo!

Step away from the jetwasher.....

Fit that COMAND

You know it makes sense :D

Thanks for that advice - but I think you and I are outvoted!

also the brownie points for the jetwashing should just about cover the cost of the COMAND and bluetooth cradle and GPS antenna and...and...and...

Maybe Sunday??

Mmm! Brownie points are good :)

Linguatronic should be next on your list :D :D

Can I swap it for a jetwasher??

Hmmm! you folded pretty quick!!

So you know how to have the last word...;)

Exactly!

Don't want to have the last word, I have pretty good experience on leaving that to someone else (one thing were I can marginally "outperform" whitenemesis :o ) but does this run-on time work with your V2 BT SAP device really? I've tried it on my W221 with my V1 BT SAP puck and it does not seem to work. Anybody else tested this feature with the V1 puck and/or W221 Comand?

Hehe!!!

Drive jetwashed AND Comand installed.

fairly straightforward - top row of buttons were a b*tch to get off - thought I'd bust it!

all went in OK, but really tight looking for a space to put the antenna. anyway, went together, but still thought it was in Berlin. left it for ages, but no change. Just about to take apart to re-site the antenna when I decided to take it round the block - had a mini fit (COMAND not me!) then sorted.

can't find anywhere to see the number of satelites that it sees - tried all the menus but nothing obvious showing (it is a comand aps).

anyway, working now seems OK, see what happens.
Just need to get the instrument cluster coded.

Is there any way to add extra POI's or speed cameras etc? as these seem fairly primitive:(
