screen cleaner

Hi

Can anyone suggest a good cleaning windscreen solution. I went last week to Birmingham and the weather was not the best so I decided to buy some screen clean from tesco. At first thought the stuff was great but when it runs down the screen it leaves a thick smear mark.

Car Plan is pretty good. 2 to 3 cap fulls for normal road conditions, the double that for wintery conditions.

For the inside, I tried Autoglym while at TRAX this weekend (thanks C43AMG) after my "best ever" spray turned out to be rubbish.

It's very good .


I might even spread bad things about the supplier who sold me my spray - you know, a smear campaign .

I use CarPlan for the outside too.

With the weather cooling a bit/lot, my screen started to mist on start-up, before the A/C has chimed in, so I tried my free sample of Showroom Shine on the inside of the windscreen.

Have to say, it's reduced the misting significantly, as well as being smear-free, so I've probably found a use for it.....................

I use CarPro Eraser for my glass, really good stuff doesn't smear at all. Initially bought it for when taking polish/sealant/waxes off but it works wonders on cleaning glass up too.
