So checked battery voltage before I went out this morning and had a good voltage same as yesterday 12.58 v , with the drivers seat unplugged , what's the fix ? Why do they stay live any how ?
1) get replacement seat control modules - I don't know the cost on C32's but I would have thought circa >£250 each seat
2) rewire the seat + feed with a relay so that it only becomes active when the ignition is turned on (alternatively use the interior light as the trigger that way the seat is active once you open the door allowing you to move the seat for access as you would now). Cost £10 per seat!

Do a search on mbworld for the fix...basically there are three wires that feed the module....one perm live...one ignition live the third earth i think....5 min job to connect the perm to ignition live...Only thing you loose is the memory function! It has photos so its fairly straight forward!
