W124 sunroof grease points?

hi

i noticed that the sunroof on my W124 estate opened upwards quite slowly thismorning.... i suspect it needs greasing. does anyone know all the places i should grease? i dont want it to seize up which is quite common apparently. makes sense as i havnt used it for several months.

I've noticed mine is quite slow aswell i greased it up when i first got it just greased up the runners and it was fine, looks like this is what i'll be doing this weekend.:bannana:
