W202 Cam shaft position sensor oil seal

Another thing that I have spotted on the 1996 C200 that came into us today, is that there is an oil leak from the front of the engine. Unclipping the small plastic engine cover at the front of the engine, the oil appeared to be coming from the cam shaft position sensor (?). I assume that there is an oil seal that goes with the sensor. Is it just a case of undoing the 3 bolts, withdrawing the sensor and then installing a new seal?

I had the same problem with my CLK. Replace the magnet unit (the one that is held in place with the three allen bolts you mention) and that sorted it.
There was no seal between the unit and point where it bolts onto. I added some instant gasket solution anyway. No more leak. The magnet unit wasn't expensive.
