W203 comand aps missing hooks

I removed the upper control panel yersterday and I noted that he is holding only with the two screws on the top Behind the air vent, and its the same with the thermotronic.
Is in there supposed to be some type of of hooks or clips in all four monting bracket of the comand to support the bottom part of the UCP and the top of the thermotronic

I dont think there is a part number on these parts. I have a box full of them. I'll look later and see if there is anything printed thereon.
