Can anyone tell me the best way to run wiring from the engine bay to the rear/boot of the car is there an easy way which does not involve ripping half the car interior apart, also what is the best technique for feeding the wires through any routing channels/looms etc

Down each side of the car there should be a cable duct running inside the sills. Feed the cables down these ducts.
