W204 Paint flaking on door handles.

Today on my dinner hour I passed a W211 in pearlescent white-big patches of black showing on the lower side trims and bottom of the rear bumper, where paint has pealed off. The car looked too new for any re-spray work......

I was also warned to stay away from red W204's due to pealing paint.......

Please don't tell me MB are having another phase of bad paint???
