W208 CLK 230K Coupe Boot/Trunk Stuck

Dear All,

I have a 1999 CLK 230 Kompressor Coupe.

The Problem:-
The rear boot lid does not open electronically or manually by using the key.

Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this problem.
