W210 E320 maintenance costs?

Hi all
We are seriously considering the purchase of a (2002ish) W210 E320 estate and I am wondering what sort of money I should put aside for servicing. The car will cover 6-10,000 miles per year and will probably have about 150 -160K miles on it when we buy it.
I think there is a Mercedes Indie near to Kettering, Northants, so maybe that will help with costs?

Oil and filter change can be done for £50 at Kwik Fit.

Tyres every two years...about £300.

My tyres have been on for close to 30k miles, and still have enough in them for another 12k - Michelins, so double Renault's price, but less per year.

Condition based servicing - another £300 a year, depending on your mix of miles etc.

Preventative stuff - allow about £200 for bushes and other bits and pieces.
