If you have it set just to open the driver's door only (and you therefore need to press the unlock button again to open the rest of the doors) then the boot will not open from the catch after only one press. Pressing the unlock button on the fob a second time should then enable this.

I've just had a look and this is exactly what it was. I hadn't checked any of the other doors but, of course, they weren't being unlocked with a single press either.

I held the lock and unlock buttons down for 6 seconds and now the whole car (including the boot) unlocks with a single press.

Boot release not working???

Hi all
I've searched the forum far and wide and not found an answer too my problem all be it some users have similar problems,
My exterior boot release is no longer working when you pull the handle nothing happens all you can hear is the switch clicking.

The boot does open by the fob and the interior switch,

My fob is set too open all the doors on the car, not just drivers door,

And I don't have power trunk closer

Any idea will be very grateful all I can think of is replacement boot handle?
