Hi guys

My warranty is with a company called Customer Protect (Auto Protect Administation Limited - APA) , anyone have any experience of using them before? Also generally would you expect AIRMATIC to be covered under sucha non-MB after market warranty? Any help appreciated

Thanks

Best to read all the small print of your warranty agreement. My fear would be that suspension might come under the category of "wear and tear" items not covered. At the end of the day only an actual claim will be a true test of the extent of the warranty. This of any help? http://www.autoprotect.net/products/index.htm

I think it will depend on which part of the Airmatic system fails. If it's the main control units etc I think you would have a case but anything else could be "regarded as service items or components, which are expected to require periodic replacement" as it says in my warranty.

airmatic normally fails due to worn seals and so rubber wear and tear parts arent normally covered.
