Good point, it's obviously easier to run a high service level with fewer customers, but, Toyota are pretty good at it too (Steven Eagel excluded LOL).
The biggest issue I have with (some) MB dealers is the arrogance (present company excluded of course and actually all the Jardine Motor Group MB dealers I've worked with have been OK) displayed to customers. Very odd, because I'm sure some of the customers are on a far higher position and salary level than some of the arrogant little boys I've crossed path with at MB MK for example!
