Took the SL out also for a topless drive with Mrs PC yesterday, No issues, no warning lights and she ran perfectly - Love the fact that the shiny disc in the sky is out!
Although i did have to put my shirt back on later on in the afternoon as A) It was cold and B) Mrs PC told me too!

Took it to F1 Autocentres to have 2 new Blackcircles.com Dunlop rear tyres fitted after wrecking the rear NS in a pothole about 11.30 Sunday morning. Tyres were 2 years and 9k miles old with 4-5mm of tread left (Bridgestone all seasons 235/45 R17's) but F1, who supplied and fitted them, could not supply identical so had to replace both. Reported the pothole to KCC Highways and now have to submit a claim for cost to them (via a seperate website/phone number!!). Told their claims handling takes 10 weeks, and you are not automatically entitled to compensation, so I may end up £280 out of pocket.
