As the title, Im needing to get a 4 wheel alignment done on my B200. My regular is abroad for a while so want to get a good one as there seem to be too many garages now that just do it within the 'green' rather than exact.

I have read a few good things about ABC car services. Anyone got any personal experience from them with their Mercedes?

Don't know if Bolton is too far south for you but I had my Merc done here.

Wheel Alignment - Nigel Langs Garage

They were recomended by Tony at Wheels-in-motion.

Can't argue with that can ya!

Thanks, but yeah, probably to far. The more I look the better ABC appear to will probably go with them. I phoned them up and although it was difficult to understand them because of their accent they sounded very committed in delivering a service above and beyond.

I later found out that they were Polish which offers further reassurance to me as everyone I know who is Polish takes great pride in the work they do.

Another recommendation for Nigel Lang in Bolton here :thumb:

As for choosing a company based on the fitter's nationality, well ... no, I wouldn't do that but good luck there.

I would. Lets not get politically correct about it as the government have brain washed us. The fact is that certain nationalities as a whole work a lot better than others. Im not going into who I would avoid but there are certainly a few I would not trust. That is not based upon prejudice, formed from a biased opinion rather one that has been formed from experience and knowledge.

In my experience all the Polish workers I know or have worked for me have given an excellent service and before anyone says otherwise, I am fully aware that there are exceptions in every case but I am speaking from my experience with which has an inevitable influence on who I let work on my car.

Hi I would go for wheels alignment with ABC, had some front coil springs replaced few weeks back and all I can say is excellent service. They really know what they doing if it goes about MB.

Woah, I'm totally not politically correct and I agree that different cultures tend towards certain 'skill sets' but I still wouldn't spend my hard-earned purely using nationality as a recommendation.

No, of course not. I apologise if thats what I was implying. I said that it adds "further reassurance" that was all. Not that I was basing my decision on going to them exclusively because they were Polish.
