Who uses ‘V-Power Diesel’....

Interesting. So will it stop exhaust particulates from entering the cabin?

"The accumulation mode of diesel engine particulates is made of sub-micron particles of diameters typically ranging from 30 to 500 nm (0.03-0.5 µm) [Kittelson 2002], with a maximum concentration between some 100-200 nm (0.1-0.2 µm)"

Genuine question.

So I filled up with BP premium diesel yesterday, the price difference was 6p/l so over the full tank it was only about £3 extra :)

Onky 6p a litre difference, that’s cheap. It’s 12p up here. I’m driving down to fill at your station to save that 6p.

That was one of those Shell stations where they're really a franchise, I think. Doesn't come up on the Shell app etc. At the 'normal' Shell I go to it was 145.9p, but I was in a pinch so put in £20.

Plus, if I break the spell of only ever using V-Power since purchasing my car (second hand), I heard my car may spontaneously combust?????

Managed to squeeze £92 of Sainsburys cheapest into the E class today  , things have gone up a lot recently

As long as this BP station remains reasonably priced I’ll keep using BP Premium Diesel… 😃👍 £3 extra a tank is a bargain for premium.

Or you could view it as £3 extra for some snake oil (in the interests of getting the conversation started again :wallbash:)
I'll get me coat.

As said previously, I put a diesel or petrol cleaner through our cars every 6 months or so.

The annual cost of this is around £30, emissions values are very low for all 3.
