Worst problem to date.. Need some help

The headlight you say is the bad one... Would that be the passenger side one? Same side as the battery and negative point on the car?

Did you trace where the wires were earthed to also as suggested previous?

The visibly damaged bulb connector was On passenger side headlamp correct and is also The side that had its connector replaced and spliced with a new connector from Mercedes , a w210 h7 connector.
Upon replacing, airbag lamp Went from being On and OFF for 2 seconds max, it was On constantly, until 2 days Ago where it dissapeard While Driving, it actually turned On and OFF Like 20 times in a row before going OFF for good.

I did NOT check myself AS to where The Ground wires On The connector lead AS im NOT qualified to Do so, but i Will definatley have my auto electrican check once i find 1 or 2 h7 connectors with 3 wires from a scraped Mercedes.

Can you elaborate AS to what it means that The passenger side headlight is The side where battery and negative point ledes? Any clues i Can have checked at The workshop?

Is it even possible for xenon halogen Bulbs to damage all The Way to The source of wires? I mean they Got hot and Melted The connector .. And in Fog they Melted The housing but no damage at all to connector or wires.
Errors started Removing Bulbs from headlight... Hmm...

Well im gonna find a 3 wire h7 connector from a scraper since Mercedes dont supply Them. And try moulding Existing wires to new connector

Did I see you say you have an HID kit in the car?

Yes expensive with canbus, it was installed after removing xenon look halogen Bulbs ( installed While errors were present ) its doing no harm and is with an Extra Load resistor aswell but i just Removed The hid kit and installed regular halogen bulb , to Get back to normal.
Well im going to try out what i mentioned In my message above and ill be sure to update

If anyone has any suggestions please Do share

W221 pre Face is an amazingly sensitive car, i should have just bought a facelift w212.. Cheaper to own aswell heh

It was just a thought as to where the grounding point was on the car for the lights, the passenger side would have the least of the wiring to search for where it is earthed

Also these xenon look bulbs, I'm guessing they were more than 55w? Perhaps 100w bulbs?

Well actually The seller, a uk based Company called genious automotive, claim The Bulbs Are 55w and that they Are NOT resposible for The damage, but rather that i am trying to blame Them for an problem i already had before installing there Bulbs...
