Not really, you just fix it. Cars are complex but they are a bunch of nuts and bolts after all.

But I appreciate it's boys stuff to get hands dirty so I can see your point.

I don't know how to fix it and Mercedes is not wiser or just hoping I will go away and stop bothering them. Considering that car is still under warranty, I expect them to be able to do this. If I bought older car, I would try to find specialist or live with it. But considering the fact, I'm buying new or almost new cars, I expect dealer to eliminate all problems under warranty. Ideally, I would love to have a car without any problems, after all it's a whole point of getting brand new cars.

I already learned to avoid glass roof and other things that cause rattle and generate noise as I can always hear it. Even stopped going to dealerships with small things after my previous experience.

I wrote to MB Customer services using AMG support on Private Lounge, got a call from my dealership next day and from customer service just after it. Hopefully some effort will be put into fixing this small but annoying issue.
