Anything significant I should know about please or is it just the usual lube and filter change?

My 2012 C-Class CDI 200 needed a service, it shows A7 on the dash. I entered my car details and it showed only really simple things are needed, oil change, wheels/brakes check, check water drain passage, etc.

I contacted the nearest Mercedes service centre and they quoted £700 (!!)

I contacted a local independent service centre specialising in Mercedes and they quoted £170 for: Engine Oil and Engine Oil Filter, Point Check, Tyre Pressures and Diagostic.
